What is OLI?
OLI offers yoga, Pilates, and sculpt sessions in a heated infrared room or unheated, depending on the class. Our studio is warm, inviting, and calm—a place to step away from the outside world, reconnect with your body, and be part of a supportive community.
Every class, whether flowing through strength or sinking into stillness, is an invitation to tune in, breathe, and meet yourself exactly where you are.
Questions about CLASSES
-
OLI is open to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Our classes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate all, with modifications and options available as you progress. While practicing in our dark rooms may take adjustment, we support you to achieve the greatest gains.
If you are pregnant, suffer from chronic pain, painful joint injuries, or other medical conditions, we advise consulting your physician before joining any exercise program.
-
We accommodate different levels of ability at OLI Studio. Our classes are designed to cater to beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced students. Our instructors offer modifications and variations to ensure everyone can participate comfortably and safely, regardless of their experience level. Whether you're just starting your yoga journey or looking to deepen your practice, we have a class for you.
-
Unheated classes are held in rooms where the temperature remains ambient (typically at room temperature), with the focus on traditional aspects of yoga such as alignment, breathwork, and meditation.
In heated classes, the room temperature is intentionally increased from around 80°F (27°C) to 105°F (30°C). This temperature range enhances flexibility, promotes detoxification through sweating, and elevates heart rate to make the practice more physically challenging.
-
Mats and sweat towels are provided for all guests. To maintain safety and hygiene, a non-slip mat cover is required for OLI mat classes. Mat covers are complimentary for OLI members otherwise available to rent or purchase.
-
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for movement, and be prepared to sweat.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents and ensure personal hygiene to respect fellow practitioners.
We have a filtering station for refilling water bottles.
-
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your class begins. This allows you time to settle in, prepare, and mentally transition into your practice.
Late entry is not permitted as it could compromise safety and disturb others who are already in their flow. If your first visit involves a reformer class, arriving early is crucial.
In the event that you need to leave class early, we kindly ask that you exit quietly to minimize disruption to others.
