About Us

SELF-CARE. SELF-ACCEPTANCE. SELF-DISCOVERY.

OLI is more than a space to move—it’s a space to come home to yourself.

Founded by sisters Andrea and Mildret, OLI was born from a shared vision: to create a sanctuary for movement, healing, and self-discovery. What started as a “what if” between two sisters became a soulful, community-powered space where people are encouraged to show up exactly as they are.

We believe movement is more than physical—it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. Whether you're stepping into the studio for the first time or returning to your mat after a long journey, we’re here to meet you where you are. No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.

At OLI, every breath, stretch, shake, and stillness matters. This is a place to release, to remember your strength, and to reconnect—with your body, your truth, and a supportive community that truly sees you.

Named after Olivia—Mildret’s daughter—who was born with a limb difference and reminds us every day that difference is beauty, OLI stands for possibility. It’s a space for soft beginnings, for showing up when it’s hard, and for celebrating every version of you along the way.

We’re here to hold space—for joy and grief, for growth and healing, for solitude and community.

Welcome to OLI. We’re so glad you’re here.

At OLI, we’re committed to nurturing both your physical strength and your inner calm—offering thoughtful guidance for every body and every level.

We’ve created a space that feels like a soft exhale. One that welcomes you exactly as you are.

Whether you're stepping into one of our heated or unheated classes, the dimly lit studio invites you to turn inward, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself—without pressure, without comparison.

Here, you’re held by community. Uplifted by care. And always encouraged to move at your own pace.

In Honor of Olivia

Olivia is the reason behind OLI Studio—our inspiration, our heartbeat, and Mildret’s beloved daughter. Born with a limb difference, her strength, joy, and light shape everything we do.

We are proud supporters of The War Amps and stand in solidarity with the limb difference and limb loss community. At OLI, we believe in celebrating every body—just as it is—and in creating a space where everyone feels seen, empowered, and deeply worthy.

Olivia reminds us every day that beauty takes many forms, and that strength can look like softness, curiosity, and self-love. Her presence grounds us in the belief that inclusivity isn’t just a value—it’s a way of being.

This space is for her. For you. For all of us.

Meet the Founders

  • Hola familia!

Movement has always been part of my story. I grew up on the island of Roatán, surrounded by nature, the ocean, and a deep sense of connection. That’s where I first experienced movement as more than just physical—it was a way to feel free, alive, and at home in myself.

Since then, I’ve explored many forms of movement—and each has shaped how I teach today. My classes are rooted in presence, challenge, and care. I show up with my full heart because I know what it feels like to be disconnected, to struggle with anxiety and depression, and how powerful it is to return to yourself through movement. Music has also always been a constant in my life. It moves me deeply, and I bring that into my classes—curating soundscapes that amplify feeling, presence, and flow.

OLI was born from that truth—and from a deep desire to build community. A space where we show up as we are. Where we move, grow, and heal together. A space that reminds us we’re not alone.

This is more than just fitness. It’s about coming home to yourself—while feeling held by something bigger.

Can’t wait to move and breathe alongside you.

  • Hi! I’m Mildret,

I've always harboured a deep desire to effect change in the world, seeing myself as both a dreamer and a driven individual. Since I can remember, starting my own business has been my dream. I worked in various fields for a long time and landed my dream government job. But it wasn't enough.

Yoga changed my life six years ago when I realized there was a profound connection between me and my inner self. Yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises keep me grounded. Pilates was instrumental in rediscovering myself after giving birth to my daughter, Olivia.

Olivia, born with a limb difference, ignited a profound commitment within me to create safer spaces for her. Motivated by the absence of these, I resolved to build them, recognizing that enhancing her safety and well-being would benefit others, too. My aim isn't to shield her from the world but to ensure that her inner sanctum remains steadfast, rooted in self-assurance, inner beauty, empathy, and humility.

This is how OLI was created.
